When you print a message that contains an embedded Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG) image in Entourage, the message starts to print, but then your computer stops responding.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if you print to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) DeskJet printer by using the HP universal printer driver version 2.x or 3.x.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest version of the driver software for your HP DeskJet printer from the following Hewlett-Packard Web site:
