PUB2000: Color Samples May Be Printed in Black (275303)

When you attempt to print color samples, fonts, or online Help topics from Microsoft Publisher 2000, the printout may not be printed correctly or may be printed in black.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the following advanced settings are selected for you printer:
- Emulsion down
- Negative image
- Vertical mirror
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, turn off the advanced print settings that are mentioned in the "Cause" section of this article:
- On the File menu, click Print.
- Click Advanced Print Settings.
- On the Device Options tab, click to clear the following check boxes, and then click OK:
- Emulsion down
- Negative image
- Vertical mirror
