OL2000: Custom Installation Wizard Does Not Retain POP3 Settings (274775)

When you deploy Outlook 2000 in the Internet Only (IMO) configuration by using the Custom Installation Wizard (CIW), a Post Office Protocol 3 (POP3) account may not be created after Outlook 2000 completes its first run on a client workstation.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the setting to create a POP3 account is ignored.
RESOLUTION
