Favorites Are Not Imported into Windows Media Player 7 (274066)

After you upgrade Windows Media Player, version 6.4 to version 7.0, you may notice that the Favorites option is no longer available.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, open Microsoft Internet Explorer to access the Media links. To do this, follow these steps:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click Favorites.
- Click the Media folder.
- Click the desired Media link.
Internet Explorer opens the page, and the selected media program will start Windows Media Player 7.0 (if it is not already open).
