ENT2001: You Cannot Use the Select All Command in the Search Results Window (273528)

After you use the Find feature in Entourage, you cannot use the Select All command or press COMMAND+A to select all of the items in the search results window.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the search results window does not have focus.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, click any of the items that are in the search results window, and then press COMMAND+A to select all of the items.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
