Event ID 2022 When Client Computers Experience Delays or Errors (272772)

When a client computer attempts to connect to a server, the server response may be delayed, or one of the following error messages may be displayed:
Pipe busy
Connection busy
Also, the primary domain controller (PDC) that is the Flexible Single Master Operation (FSMO) role holder may randomly stop responding (hang), and Event Viewer may record the following event:
Event ID: 2022
Source: SRV
Type: Error
Description: The server was unable to find a free connection number times in the last number seconds.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the Server service is unable to keep up with the demand for connections.
