When you try to delete one or more of the radio channels you previously defined, the radio channels may not be listed as one of the Presets in the Radio Tuner tool, and because of this, you may not be able to delete the radio channels. Note that this issue may occur even if you are able to view the radio channels in the Radio Tuner Presets tool in the Media Library tool.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if you have previously deleted the "My Presets" preset group from the Radio Tuner tool, and you have no other preset lists in the Radio Guide tool besides the "Featured" preset list.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, add a new preset list: WARNING: The following procedure deletes the presets you previously defined, and that previously could not be deleted.
- In Windows Media Player, click Radio Tuner.
- Under Preset, click Edit.
- Click Add new list, and then type a name for the new list.
- Click Add, and then click OK. Note that you cannot delete the preset that is named Featured.
