SYMPTOMS

When you install Microsoft Plus! Game Pack: Cards & Puzzles on a computer on which Microsoft Entertainment Pack: The Puzzle Collection is already installed, Setup installs a second copy of The Puzzle Collection in the Plus! Game Pack folder.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because Plus! Game Pack Setup does not attempt to detect an installed copy of Entertainment Pack: The Puzzle Collection.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, uninstall the stand-alone copy of The Puzzle Collection.
