Benchmark testing may indicate a minor performance bottleneck in Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), which might potentially use a portion of processor time or generate slightly lower throughput on a TCP/IP connection.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because a method that converts multiple-fragment buffers to a single flat buffer is called, even on one-fragment frames; this causes a minimal performance problem with TCP/IP.
