When you use User Manager for Domains in Windows NT Server version 4.0, Terminal Server Edition (that is joined to a Windows 2000 domain) to change Terminal Server-specific properties for the Guest or TSInternetUser account, you may receive an "Access Denied" error message and these properties may not be changed. However, if you change both Terminal Server properties and non-Terminal Server properties and click OK, non-Terminal Server properties may be saved, but you may still receive an "Access Denied" error message.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, use Windows 2000-based administration tools to make changes to the properties of the Guest and TSInternetUser accounts.
