Works 6: The Clip Art Gallery Text Category Is Incomplete (270002)

SYMPTOMS

When you insert a clip art object into a Microsoft Works 6 program, and you then select the Text category, the letters "A," "G," "I," "V," and "W" do not appear in the thumbnails.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because the letters listed in the "Symptoms" section are not available in the Works 6 Clip Art Gallery.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

To select a clip art category, follow these steps:
  1. In the Insert Clip Art dialog box, click the Browse tab.
  2. In the Select a category box, select the clip art category that you want, for example, Text.
