This article was previously published under Q269639

SUMMARY

When you attempt to insert images that you have previously saved on your hard disk into a Microsoft Works Word Processor document (or a Works Database form), you may find that they do not appear in the Works Insert Clip Art Wizard. Works 6 installs the Works Insert Clip Art Wizard; Works 6 does not use Microsoft Clip Gallery. Even when Microsoft Clip Gallery is installed on your computer, you cannot access its clip art with the Works Insert Clip Art Wizard.

It is possible to use pictures and images in a Works document or database that are not accessible with the Works Insert Clip Art Wizard. You can insert a picture from a picture file, or you can insert a picture from the Microsoft Clip Gallery as an object.
