SYMPTOMS

If you press the Record (REC) button on the SideWinder Strategic Commander game controller, press a pre-programmed button on the game controller, and then press the REC button again, the command for the pre-programmed button may be erased.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you use the Record-on-the-fly option.

RESOLUTION

To prevent this issue from occurring, be sure to press the button that you want to program on the SideWinder Strategic Commander game controller.
