"The Specified Module Could Not Be Found" Error Message Resetting Password w/NetWare-Enabled Account (268709)

When you try to use the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in to reset a user's password, you may receive the following error message:
The specified module could not be found.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if the user account contains NetWare fields. If the user account contains NetWare fields, the snap-in tries to load the Fpnwclnt.dll file, but this file is not included with Windows 2000 Professional.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, install the Fpnwclnt.dll file.
STATUS
