When you double-click the Scanners and Cameras folder in Control Panel, it may not open in a new window.

A new window may not be displayed when you start the Scheduled Tasks, or Dial-Up Networking (DUN) tools. However, when you double-click other tools in Control Panel, they are displayed in a new window. You are able to switch between the new window and Control Panel.
