Script Error When Accessing a Shared Folder Customized with the Image Preview Template (267367)

SYMPTOMS

When you customize a shared folder with the Image Preview template on a computer that runs Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me), and then you attempt to access the folder from another Windows Me or Microsoft Windows 2000 computer, you may not be able to open the folder, and the following error message may be displayed in the Script Error dialog box in Microsoft Internet Explorer:

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, remove the customization for the folder or use a template other than the Image Preview template when you share a customized folder. To change the template of a customized folder, follow these steps:
  1. Open the folder.
  2. On the View menu, click Customize This Folder....
  3. Follow the Customize This Folder Wizard instructions. Either remove or change the customization.
