SYMPTOMS

After you upgrade your computer from Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition to Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me), you may find that your attached 4D Scroll Tech (ScrollWare) Serial Wheel Mouse V5.41 does not work.

CAUSE
