Envelopes and Hagaki Card Stock Incorrectly Aligned When Printed from an HP DeskJet 694c Printer (267108)

When you print to a standard #10 envelope or Hagaki card stock using a Hewlett Packard (HP) DeskJet 694c printer on your Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me) or Microsoft Windows 98-based computer, the printable area for the envelope and Hagaki card stock may be incorrectly aligned.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you print to a standard #10 envelope or Hagaki card stock in landscape orientation, and you are using the HP DeskJet 694c printer drivers included in Windows Me or Windows 98.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, print a standard #10 envelope or Hagaki card stock in portrait, rather than landscape, orientation.
To resolve this issue, contact Hewlett-Packard to inquire about the availability of a fix for this issue.
