Unable to Type a Number in the Date Box in the Date/Time Properties Dialog Box (266961)

On the toolbar, when you click Adjust Date/Time, a Date/Time Properties dialog box is displayed. When you attempt to type a year in the Date box in the Date/Time Properties dialog box, the current number does not change. You are also unable to use the DELETE or BACKSPACE keys to delete the current number.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, click the arrows on the Date box to change the year.
