When you are using an IBM Token Ring PCI 16/4 adapter on a Windows 2000-based computer, error messages may indicate that you have received very large packets.
CAUSE
This problem is caused by a problem in the miniport driver for the IBM Token Ring adapter.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the

WORKAROUND
This problem does not occur with other Token Ring network adapters. You can use a different make and model of network adapter to resolve this problem.
