SYMPTOMS

When you view the "Windows Media Player" Help topic from the Index tab in Help and Support, you are presented with the Microsoft Windows Movie Maker tour.

WORKAROUND

To view Windows Media Player Help:
  1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Accessories, point to Entertainment, and then click Windows Media Player.
  2. Click Help Topics from the Help menu (or press F1).

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
