OL98: Share Command Is Missing on the Outlook File Menu (264255)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to share a folder by using Net Folders, the Share command on the File menu may be missing.

CAUSE

The Net Folders Add-In check box is not selected.

RESOLUTION

To select the Net Folders Add-In check box:
  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Other tab, click Advanced Options.
  3. Click Add-in Manager.
  4. Click to select the Net Folders check box.
  5. Click OK, click OK, and then OK.
