Welcome to Windows Briefcase Wizard Opens Behind New Briefcase Window (264026)

SYMPTOMS

When you open My Briefcase for the first time, the Welcome to Windows Briefcase Wizard is displayed behind the New Briefcase window.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, do the following:
  • Click the Welcome to Windows Briefcase Wizard to make it the active window.
NOTE: If the Welcome to Windows Briefcase Wizard is not visible, minimize or move the New Briefcase window.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition.
