When you are upgrading to Microsoft Windows Millennium on a computer running Microsoft Windows 95 or Windows 98 with the 3Com Corporation NIC Diagnostics program installed, you may receive an error message stating that the 3Com NIC Diagnostics program is incompatible and that it will be removed. However, after the upgrade is complete, the diagnostics program and help files are still available.
