Recycle Bin Settings Not Retained After Windows Millennium Edition Upgrade (261358)

After you upgrade to Windows Millennium Edition (Me) from a previous version of Windows, your Recycle Bin settings may be different from the settings before the upgrade.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because there are fundamental design changes in the implementation of Recycle Bin. Because of these changes, your settings are not retained.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, right-click Recycle Bin on the desktop, and then click Properties. Configure the settings you want to use, and then click OK.
