SYMPTOMS

When a meeting request is sent from Exchange Server to Lotus Notes 4.x and the meeting is accepted, the date field is blank in Notes.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, users must find the date of the item in the calendar to open the item. Under the detailed description in the item, the date is specified.
