SYMPTOMS

When you use the Print Preview feature in Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5., the scroll bars are displayed differently than they are in the Web browser.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you view a file in a Web browser and move the scroll bar to any point other than the top of the Web browser, and then use the Print Preview feature.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
