FIX: java.sql.PreparedStatement.setObject May Not Work with LONGVARBINARY Types (260157)

Calls to java.sql.PreparedStatement.setObject() may not work correctly when your code passes java.sql.Types.LONGVARBINARY as the first parameter.
CAUSE
This problem is due to the way this API makes calls to the database drivers.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
This problem was corrected in Windows 2000 Service Pack 1.
