FIX: DataTools: Resource ID #1634 "Where" Is Mistakenly Translated into Japanese (260086)

The resource ID #1634 "where" is translated ("localized") into Japanese in the JPN versions of Visual Studio 6 Service Pack 1, Service Pack 2, and Service Pack 3. But this resource ID is a SQL statement and therefore should not be translated.
CAUSE
This resource is in the resource file Mdt2qui.dll. This file is installed by default in \Program files\Common files\Microsoft Shared\MSDesigner98\Resources\1041.
RESOLUTION
Install the latest service pack for Visual Studio 6.0.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This bug was corrected in the latest service pack for Visual Studio 6.0.
