SYMPTOMS

When you try to install a printer by using the Add Printer Wizard, you may receive the following error message after you select a printer and then click Next:
The Add Printer Wizard was unable to find any installed ports for your printer

CAUSE

This error message can occur if the Spool32.exe file is missing or damaged.

RESOLUTION
