SYMPTOMS

When you press the left-side ALT or left-side CTRL keys preceded by the / character on the numeric key pad after you enable the MouseKeys feature, the left-side ALT or left-side CTRL keys may stick.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, press the right-side ALT or right-side CTRL key.
