  1. Either point to New on the File menu and then click Mail Message, or click New Mail.
  2. In the To box, type the e-mail address of the person that you want to send mail to.
  3. In the Subject box, type a short entry that describes your message.
  4. In the message body, type the text of your message.
  5. On the File menu, click Send Message.
