Incorporating 128-bit encryption in IEAK builds of Internet Explorer 5.01 requires:
  • The Ie501dom.exe encryption package.
  • The parameters to incorporate the package in the IEAK build.
First, obtain the Ie501dom.exe file from the following Microsoft Web site: You can download the Ie501dom.exe file for Microsoft Windows 95, Microsoft Windows 98, and Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 from this site.

After you obtain this file, run the IEAK Wizard. Continue to the "Add Custom Component" section of the wizard. Type the following information in the appropriate boxes:
   Box name      Information
   --------------------------------------------------------------------
   Component     <Name for your use> (for example: "128-bit component")
   GUID          default 
   Parameter     /R:N /Q:A /N:V 
   Version       5,01,0,0 
   Description   <Text displayed during installation of the component>
