This article describes how to print a monthly calendar that includes your appointments.

  1. On the View menu, click Folder List.
  2. In the Folder List, click Calendar.
  3. On the File menu, click Print.
  4. In the Print style list, click Monthly Style.
  5. Under Print range, click the arrow next to the Start box, and then click the day that you want your calendar to start printing with.
  6. Under Print range, click the arrow next to the End box, and then click the day that you want your calendar to end printing with.
  7. Click Page Setup to choose the formatting options that you want, and then click OK to return to the Print dialog box.
  8. Click OK to print the calendar.
