In a single Site Server Content Deployment project, all filters combined cannot exceed 300 characters.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, avoid using more than 300 characters by using wildcards in the filters, changing the directory structure, and using more than one project.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Site Server version 3.0.
