When you upgrade Microsoft Commercial Internet System (MCIS) 2.0 Mail Server or MCIS 2.5 HTML Mail Server (HMI) to Windows 2000, all e-mail messages that are sent are queued in the BadMail folder.
CAUSE
MCIS 2.0 Mail Server and MCIS 2.5 HMI must run on Windows NT Server 4.0.
