SYMPTOMS

The Add to Utility Manager command is unavailable on the File menu in On-Screen Keyboard.

CAUSE

This feature is not available in Windows Millennium Edition.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
