Registry Requirements for Internet Explorer Setup (258707)

If you uninstall Internet Explorer and then attempt to reinstall it, you may receive the following error message:
You do not have enough registry space for Setup to continue.
CAUSE
There is insufficient registry space available for Internet Explorer Setup.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue:
- Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click System.
- On the Performance tab, click Change.
- Increase the Maximum Size setting to a value at least four megabytes (MB) larger than the current value.
- Click OK, and then restart your computer.
- Run Setup again.
