If you can use Windows Media Player to play the song on your desktop computer, you have a license for it on your desktop computer. Use Windows Media Manager to transfer the song to your palm-size PC again. If you downloaded a song that plays on your computer, but it does not play on your palm-size PC, it is possible the copyright holder has restricted the music so that it can only be played on a desktop computer, and not a portable device.
