Processes Running Under Services.exe Blocking (258065)

Transports can cache information about computers that are known to be unavailable or that cannot be connected to for some reason. If the redirector makes an attempt to connect to such a computer, and all the transports return "failure" responses immediately, a deadlock may occur. This occurs because the redirector is trying to tear down the virtual connection before the CleanUpEvent has been triggered.
This problem manifests itself as a block in the Services.exe file. Any process running under Services.exe may experience this deadlock in the redirector.
