SUMMARY

In Outlook 2000, you can choose which Address Book to download if there is more than one Offline Address Book. A list has been added to the Offline Address Book dialog box that allows you to choose which Offline Address Book to download.

When you click Synchronize on the Tools menu, and then click Download Address Book, you see a dialog box. This dialog box gives you the option to download changes since you last synchronized your Offline Address Book. The dialog box also gives you the option to choose which address book to download. The entries in the Choose Address Book list are determined by the Offline Address Books that were created by the Microsoft Exchange Server administrator.
