Cannot Access Files Copied over an Infrared Port (257365)

After you use infrared ports to copy a file between two computers, you may not be able to access the file on the recipients computer.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if you do not log on to the computer with Administrator or Power User rights.

When you use an infrared port to copy a file, access rights are explicitly set to allow only Administrators and Power Users to gain access to the file. When you install the fix, permissions are inherited from the parent folder.
