Print Preview Is Not Clear (257114)

SYMPTOMS

The Print Preview feature may not be clear. You may notice a difference when you zoom the print preview to 75%.

Printing is not affected.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because of an issue with font rasterization and the Sans Serif font.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
