When you are using multiple monitors and you preview a Web page for printing in Internet Explorer, the preview appears on the primary monitor.
CAUSE
Internet Explorer is maximized on a monitor other than the primary monitor.

The preview window is a "modal" dialog box. A modal dialog box must be closed before you can continue working with the rest of the program. For example, a dialog box is modal if it requires you to click OK or Cancel before you can switch to another form or dialog box.
