XWEB: Mailing Address Check Box Is Automatically Selected (256535)

When you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and Microsoft Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA) to create a new contact, the Business Address option is the default address type in the Address list and the Mailing Address check box is cleared (it is not checked). If you select Home Address or Other Address from the Address list, the Mailing Address check box is automatically selected, regardless of which address you want to use as the mailing address.
RESOLUTION
When you are entering multiple addresses, be sure to verify which address is selected as the mailing address before you save the new contact.
