SYMPTOMS

If you use Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA) to view the status of a recalled message, the body of the recall report may not be displayed.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, view the recall report by using Microsoft Outlook.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.

MORE INFORMATION
