When you attempt to use or modify the SendSMTP component of a Commerce 3.0 pipeline, the following error message may occur:
Class not registered
CAUSE
This error message can occur if there is no SMTP Service installed on the Site Server computer.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, install the Microsoft SMTP Service included in the Windows NT 4.0 Option Pack.
