- Schema Administrator
- Local Machine Administrator (if running on member server only)

- Domain Administrator
- Local Machine Administrator (if running on member server only)
MORE INFORMATIONIf the Top Level Folder Creation tab in the Information Store Site Configuration Properties is not set to allow All Users to create top level folders, forestprep does not complete and you receive an "Error 0XC103798A."
