XWEB: OK Button Unavailable After You Try to Create Duplicate Folders Such as Inbox (255363)

When you use Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA) to try to create a new folder with a duplicate name such as Inbox, Outbox, and so on in your mailbox, you receive the following error will message:
405 Method Not Allowed
OK
At this point, the only choice available to you is to click Cancel because the OK button is dimmed.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
