Microsoft scanned this file for viruses. Microsoft used the most current virus-detection software that was available on the date that the file was posted. The file is stored on security-enhanced servers that help to prevent any unauthorized changes to the file.

NOTE: This update works with the U.S. and International English versions of Visio Enterprise. However, if you use the U.S. English version, you will not notice any improvements unless your Windows configuration uses non-U.S. English settings in the Regional Settings section of Control Panel.

The AutoDiscovery and Layout update includes the following changes:
  • IP Address labels lay out correctly when the list separator is not a comma.

    The list separator setting is in the Regional Settings section of Control Panel. If your operating system is configured for non-English languages, such as German or French, the list separator may not be set as a comma.
  • Textboxes and dialog boxes display extended characters correctly.
The AutoDiscovery and Layout update replaces the following files. These files are in the \Visio\Solutions\Network Diagram\_bin folder, and the new date for all of them is 2/10/99.
